Cancellation and Exchange Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To help keep things fair and flexible for everyone, here’s our policy on cancellations and rescheduling:

Online Short Course Rescheduling and Course Exchange

Course exchange

  • If you’re unable to attend your booked session, we encourage you to reschedule to a future date or exchange it for another course of equal value.

  • Changes can be made at no additional cost if requested at least 2 working days before the scheduled session.

  • Course exchanges are subject to availability.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 5 working days in advance are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward future bookings.

  • Cancellations made within 5 working days of the session are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule or course credit.

  • No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or credited.

Requests

To request a reschedule, exchange, or cancellation, simply contact us with your booking details at info@australianleadership.net.au. We'll respond as quickly as possible.
