The BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management is a nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals who lead or coordinate projects across a wide range of industries. This qualification will equip you the highly sought after project management suite of skills and knowledge. All aspects of project management are covered in this qualification, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risk, information, and integration.

 

Qualification Description 

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Project Manager and Project Team Leader. Individuals in these roles have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives.

They possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical and managerial competencies to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.

Units of Competence

To complete the qualification, participants will undertake twelve (12) units. Eight (8) of these are compulsory or core units, and four (4) units shall be chosen from a group of elective units.
