Accredited Registered Training Organisation

The Australian Leadership Skills Centre is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO no. 32156), accredited to provide Australian recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework. We deliver these qualifications through coaching, classroom, online, distance and/or RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) methodologies, or a combination of these.

Psychometric tools

We are accredited in a selection of highly respected psychometric assessment tools. These tools enhance the depth and rigour of our programmes and are particularly valuable for developing self‑awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, team cohesion, and leadership capability. We integrate these assessments into coaching, team development, self‑leadership, and bespoke training solutions.

Team Management System (TMS) Team Management Profiling (TMP) (previously known as Work Preference Profiling) is one of the world’s leading psychometric profiling tools for personal, team and leadership development.

TMP is an ideal tool to assist in developing self-awareness and promoting personal development and growth, as well as developing communication and team work skills and awareness.

TMP is utilised in our coaching programmes, our Self-Awareness through TMP Short Course, our Team Building through TMP Short Course, and the Positive Workplaces Programme. TMP can also be integrated into our tailored programmes.

360 Feedback

TMS Linking Leader Profiling

The Linking Leader Profile (LLP) is a 360 degree feedback tool that identifies performance around fundamental people, task and leadership-related skills. The Profile provides a gap analysis of the extent to which the leader should and does demonstrate the key behaviours.

As part of a coaching or professional development programme, the gap analysis provides a quantitative support to the coaching process, helping guide the focus.

LLP is utilised in our coaching programmes, and can also be integrated into our tailored programmes.

Emotional Intelligence Testing

Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT)

Developed by the founders of the concept of Emotional Intelligence, Mayer and Salovey, with input from Caruso, the MSCEIT is an ability based measure of Emotional Intelligence. The test measures Emotional Intelligence through a series of questions and tests the participant's ability to perceive, use, understand, and regulate emotions.

MSCEIT is integrated into our Advanced Emotional Intelligence Short Course, and is utilised in our coaching programmes. MSCEIT can also be integrated into tailored programmes.

Australian Leadership Skills Centre is a Local Buy Pre-Qualified Supplier for Human Resources and Employee Services since 2020. This means Queensland Government departments and councils can engage us directly under approved procurement frameworks.
