Over the past several months, we had the privilege of delivering our flagship LEAD Programme to a cohort of managers from several aligned businesses. Spread across five intensive face‑to‑face days, this programme brought together leaders from different organisational contexts, united by a shared goal: to strengthen capability, deepen self‑awareness, and elevate the way they lead their people. As with every LEAD cohort, the development journey was practical, energising, and transformative.
