2025 was a very busy year for us – the Australian Leadership Skills Centre (ALSC) not only expanded our reach, we also deepened our community impact, and celebrated milestones that reflect the heart of who we are: educators, collaborators, and champions of leadership across Australia and the Asia–Pacific region.

A couple of years ago, I wrote the following article reflecting on a seminar we gave on Mindfulness, Values and Mental Health. It was a short thought-provoking seminar aimed at delivering a completely different perspective, one which is often missed when speaking of mindfulness.

Leadership is a wide and varied topic - it comes back to one essential value, doing the right thing.
